ASLEEP BEFORE DREAMING drawings:

I am captivated with lines. These images
were created by drawing in complete
darkness before going to sleep.
They are automatic in their
creation – a junction between waking
life and dream state and are
created without the help of vision…
although my eyes are wide open.
I am exhausted with the stream of
consciousness moving through my memory,
but my recollection of the day transfers
onto paper through this process.
